FIRELOCKS is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, wagering operator, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial institution, or custodian of wagering or investment funds. FIRELOCKS does not accept, hold, transmit, or place wagers or investments for users.

FIRELOCKS does not control your wagering or financial account or decide whether you should place a wager, enter a market, or make any other transaction. Sports data changes rapidly. Lines, odds, injuries, lineups, starting players, game times, markets, and provider availability may change after FIRELOCKS displays them. Delays, provider outages, mapping errors, corrections, or stale information can occur. Always verify the current line and relevant information on the platform where you intend to act.
FIRELOCKS does not authorize wagering in any jurisdiction. If you wager elsewhere, you are responsible for determining whether wagering is lawful where you are located and whether you meet all applicable age, identity, location, and account eligibility requirements.

If FIRELOCKS offers paid plans, subscription fees purchase access to specified analytics, research, software, data presentation, alerts, and community features. A subscription is not a wager, investment, stake, security, financial product, insurance policy, or guarantee of winning results or financial performance. Winning or losing a third-party wager or transaction does not determine whether FIRELOCKS delivered the subscribed software access.
FIRELOCKS depends on internet infrastructure and third-party services that can throttle, block, delay, alter, or discontinue data. FIRELOCKS may use cached or last-good verified information during a short provider interruption when it is clearly identified as reconnecting or stale, and may withhold a recommendation rather than fabricate missing data.
Sports wagering can lead to financial loss. If you choose to wager with another service, you assume that risk. Never risk money needed for housing, food, bills, debt payments, healthcare, savings, or other essential needs, and do not chase losses.
The warranty disclaimers and limitation-of-liability provisions in the Terms of Use apply to FIRELOCKS services. Nothing in this disclosure waives a right or liability that applicable law does not permit to be waived or limited.
