This Privacy Policy explains how FIRELOCKS Sports handles personal information when you visit our website, use our sports research and analytics tools, create an account, purchase a subscription, contact support, or connect a third-party service to FIRELOCKS.
Depending on the features you use, FIRELOCKS may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, support messages, preferences, and account details; subscription status and transaction metadata; device, browser, IP address, security, and technical log information; and information about how the service is used. FIRELOCKS does not store your full payment-card number when a third-party payment processor handles card processing.
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, administer subscriptions and access rights, process support requests, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, improve features and analytics, communicate important service information, enforce our Terms, publish content when an authorized administrator requests it, and comply with legal obligations.
FIRELOCKS may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, session management, preferences, fraud prevention, and core functionality. If optional advertising or additional analytics technologies are added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated accordingly.
FIRELOCKS may use Supabase to provide account authentication and account metadata, and Stripe to process subscription checkout, recurring billing, payment status, cancellation, and customer billing management. FIRELOCKS receives only the account and billing metadata reasonably needed to manage access and support, such as user and customer identifiers, subscription status, plan, billing period, and transaction references. Payment-card details entered into Stripe are processed by Stripe rather than stored by FIRELOCKS as full card numbers.
FIRELOCKS may allow an authorized FIRELOCKS administrator to connect an official social media account, including an X account, so FIRELOCKS can publish administrator-approved content. When X is connected, FIRELOCKS may receive OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, basic account identifiers or profile information made available through the authorized X API scopes, and API response data needed to publish and track posts. FIRELOCKS does not use this connection to read private messages, request users' email addresses, build advertising profiles, conduct surveillance, or resell X data.
Social-platform credentials and tokens are used only to operate the connected FIRELOCKS account and are stored in protected server-side storage rather than exposed in the public website. An authorized administrator can disconnect the integration, after which FIRELOCKS will stop using the connection and may delete or invalidate stored tokens when reasonably practicable, subject to security, legal, and audit requirements.
FIRELOCKS may use Vercel for application hosting and infrastructure, along with authentication, payment, email, monitoring, analytics, customer-support, AI, sports-data, and social-platform providers. These providers may process information on our behalf as reasonably necessary to perform their services. Third-party websites, sportsbooks, prediction platforms, and social networks have their own privacy practices and terms.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, or protect FIRELOCKS rights and systems. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.
FIRELOCKS does not sell personal information for money and does not resell data received through the X API. If future advertising, analytics, or partnership practices create a “sale” or “sharing” obligation under an applicable privacy law, FIRELOCKS will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before relying on that practice.
FIRELOCKS retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account administration, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, financial records, social-post audit history, and legitimate business needs. Retention periods may vary by data category.
FIRELOCKS uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Sensitive authentication credentials and third-party OAuth tokens are intended to remain in protected server-side storage or secure session mechanisms rather than being exposed to ordinary browser scripts. However, no internet service, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request. Some information may be retained where law or legitimate security, accounting, audit, or dispute-resolution needs permit.
FIRELOCKS is not directed to children under 18. The service should not be used to facilitate wagering by anyone who does not meet the legal age and eligibility requirements applicable to them.
This policy may be updated as FIRELOCKS features, providers, and legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
Privacy questions, deletion requests, or requests concerning a connected social account may be submitted through FIRELOCKS Support or by email at firelockssports@gmail.com.
