By accessing or using FIRELOCKS Sports, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming information, Legal & Risk Disclosure, and any checkout terms presented to you. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FIRELOCKS Sports is a software-based sports analytics and research application that provides projections, probability estimates, rankings, market information, research tools, model outputs, alerts, commentary, and related software features. FIRELOCKS does not accept, book, hold, transmit, or place wagers for users and does not hold user wagering funds. FIRELOCKS is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, wagering operator, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial institution, or custodian of investment assets.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FIRELOCKS and must satisfy any higher legal age or eligibility requirement that applies to sports wagering in your jurisdiction before participating in wagering elsewhere. You are responsible for determining what laws and platform rules apply where you are located.
No pick, projection, Chance to Hit estimate, grade, ranking, market signal, alert, historical result, or other FIRELOCKS output guarantees a winning result, profit, or future performance. Sports outcomes are uncertain and past performance does not guarantee future results.
FIRELOCKS content is provided for sports research, informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. It is not individualized financial, investment, securities, commodities, derivatives, legal, tax, fiduciary, or other professional advice. FIRELOCKS does not evaluate your financial circumstances, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or suitability for any transaction. You remain solely responsible for whether and how you use the information, including any wagering or other decision made on a separate third-party platform.
When member accounts are offered, you are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Access is personal and non-transferable unless a plan expressly says otherwise. You may not share credentials, resell access, circumvent access controls, or permit unauthorized users to use paid features.
If paid subscriptions are offered, the price, billing interval, included features, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. By affirmatively purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges until you cancel. Taxes may be added where required by law.
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method made available with your account or checkout provider. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access active through the paid billing period. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of paid access. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
FIRELOCKS software, branding, models, rankings, layouts, research presentation, written content, and other original materials are owned by FIRELOCKS or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, create a competing dataset from protected content, or commercially exploit FIRELOCKS materials without written permission.
FIRELOCKS may allow authorized administrators to connect third-party accounts, including an official X account, for publishing FIRELOCKS content. A connected account may be used only within the permissions granted by the account owner and the applicable third-party platform. FIRELOCKS will not intentionally publish through a connected social account unless an authorized administrator has initiated or approved the publication under the workflow then in effect.
The owner of a connected account remains responsible for that account, its credentials, its platform rules, and content ultimately approved for publication. FIRELOCKS may suspend or disconnect an integration when necessary for security, platform compliance, reliability, or legal reasons. Third-party platform availability and API behavior are outside FIRELOCKS' control.
FIRELOCKS may display or rely on third-party statistics, sportsbook information, prediction-market information, market data, APIs, hosting, communications, social platforms, or other services. Any reference to a prediction market or other market price is presented as sports-related research context and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, derivative, contract, investment, or financial product. Lines, odds, availability, player status, and statistics can change or contain errors. You should verify time-sensitive information directly with the relevant source before acting. Reference to a third party does not by itself mean that party endorses or is affiliated with FIRELOCKS.
Models, sources, features, sports coverage, alerts, integrations, pricing, and service availability may change. FIRELOCKS may suspend, modify, replace, or discontinue a feature when necessary for security, reliability, provider restrictions, legal compliance, maintenance, or product development.
You may not interfere with service operation, probe or bypass security, access another user's account, automate abusive requests, scrape protected content, misuse APIs, distribute malware, use FIRELOCKS for unlawful activity, falsely represent FIRELOCKS data or branding as your own service, or connect a third-party account you are not authorized to control.
Sports wagering can result in the loss of money. If you choose to wager using a separate third-party service, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with that activity. Never wager money needed for essential expenses and do not treat a model probability as certainty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIRELOCKS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that results will be accurate, profitable, uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FIRELOCKS and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, wagering losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, social-platform interruptions, failed or delayed publications, or losses caused by third-party data, outages, line movement, delayed alerts, or decisions based on service content. To the extent a monetary liability cannot be excluded, FIRELOCKS' aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid FIRELOCKS for the service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires a different result.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FIRELOCKS and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, unauthorized use of a connected account, or unauthorized resale or redistribution of FIRELOCKS content.
FIRELOCKS may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated violations of these Terms, or misuse of protected data or connected integrations. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes that are not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. FIRELOCKS does not impose a mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver through these Terms at this time.
FIRELOCKS may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms and referenced policies form the agreement governing your use of FIRELOCKS unless separate written terms apply.
