Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plan and Renewal Disclosure

Before a recurring FIRELOCKS subscription is purchased, checkout displays the plan price, billing interval, included access, and renewal terms. Founding Pro is intended to launch at $29.99 per month. Any promotional or founding price shown at checkout governs that purchase. FIRELOCKS will not charge a recurring subscription before the customer affirmatively completes checkout.

Recurring Billing

A recurring plan renews at the disclosed interval until canceled. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the disclosed recurring charge using the payment method selected at checkout, subject to applicable law and the checkout provider's terms. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the FIRELOCKS account billing-management method provided with your subscription. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise, access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period. Deleting an app shortcut, leaving Discord, or simply not using FIRELOCKS does not by itself cancel a recurring subscription.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after paid digital access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law or FIRELOCKS confirms a duplicate charge, billing error, or another exception stated at checkout. A refund is not owed merely because a projection, pick, slip, market signal, PHOENIX response, or third-party wager loses.

Technical Problems

If a verified FIRELOCKS service problem materially prevents access to paid features, contact FIRELOCKS Support with the affected date and account details. FIRELOCKS may provide a reasonable credit, extension, or refund when appropriate, without creating an obligation to refund unrelated wagering losses.

Failed Payments and Chargebacks

Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may suspend paid access while the billing issue is resolved. If you believe a charge is incorrect, use FIRELOCKS Support or the account billing method before initiating a chargeback so the transaction can be reviewed promptly.

Changes

FIRELOCKS may update this policy as paid plans and product features evolve. The version presented at checkout and any non-waivable rights under applicable law will govern the relevant purchase.
